HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: Items can only be returned in-store. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect in which case it will be up to the manufacturer to replace the item for you. You must return items purchased in-store within 7 days of purchase or within 15 days for items purchased online from delivery of purchase un-opened and in original condition
EXCHANGE: Items can only be exchanged in-store within 15 days for online purchases and 7 days for in-store purchases. If your item is in like-new condition, you may exchange your item for another item of equal or higher value or receive store credit.
OPEN BOX: Opened items brought in for exchange must be accompanied by all its original packaging and contents and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. (No exceptions)
EXCHANGE/REFUND EXCEPTIONS: Sewing, Embroidery, Serger and Coverstitch Machines, Irons, Steamers, Dress Forms, Thread, Industrial Machines, Scissors, Cut Items, Parts, and Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.
REFUNDS: Refunds issued to credit cards are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
LAYAWAYS: In-store Layaways and deposits on products are non-refundable or transferable. No refunds or exchange on special orders. (Store credit will not be given).
PRICE GUARANTEE: If you purchase an item and the price becomes lower in the first 10 days we will issue you a store credit for the difference. (Exceptions apply: Ex. Black Friday, One Day sales, and Boxing Day)
